Sweet, nice timing!

I just updated and everytime I try to start Chrome it crashes. Though,
I'm able to first open an incognito window, and then a normal one. I
tried running without enabling extensions, but it didn't help.

Where would I go to report this?

I managed to see the extensions page though. Nice work there.
