tab_background_v is the background tab for when you're in Aero Glass mode - themes only appear as Aero Glass when no frame image is supplied, so this is rarely used. control_background is the color that should be drawn behind the window controls (minimize, maximize, close), though I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't actually hooked up. >> Also, how is the frame_overlay image different from the frame image? >> Is it just another image on top?
