3. So you could change an existing external theme? If you are changing your
own, there is no need for that (since you should use 'Load unpacked
extension...'), obviously and supporting these in the extensions page for
(not a lot, I guess) users that want to change other themes, does not seem
so essential to me.

6. This may be a good idea. Either an "about" or "homepage" property in the
manifest, or something automatic (takes the ID and composes the URL of the
extension on the gallery.
