I have made a toolbar that is similar to the Google Toolbar, although it only has 5 search engines: Google, Yahoo!, Ask.com, Dictionary.com, and Wikipedia. It tries to mimic the look and feel of the Google Toolbar. However, it requires the toolstrip to be activated via the -- enable-extension-toolstrips flag since Google took away toolstrip support. See it at https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/ggaobfpoelekedbkgnpiepkdlhbijogi.
