I think this should be fixed in 0.2 before release. It's a bug, and it's
reasonably easy to fix without rearchitecting the whole system.
It's not completely trivial, since I think crontab -r is the wrong thing -- not
all cron entries came from Chukwa. Somehow, we need to distinguish only the
ones we added, and remove the rest.
