I think this should be fixed in 0.2 before release. It's a bug, it's confined
to a small portion of the system, and I think it should be reasonably
straightforward to fix.
It's not completely trivial, since crontab -r is probably the Wrong Thing --
not all cron entries came from Chukwa, and it's rude to delete other entries.
Somehow, we need to distinguish only the ones we added, and remove the rest.
