Shutdown Chukwa creates core.[pid] files

Chukwa scripts are using kill -TERM for shutdown chukwa processes. This
creates a lot of unwanted core.[pid] file in the CHUKWA_HOME directory.
Ideally, we should use kill -1 to shutdown Chukwa processes.
