This is not a Chukwa issue, although it's good to have this JIRA as a reminder.
It's more of an Infrastructure issue. Please go to them. Either on
infrastructure@, on Freenode's #asfinfra, or via INFRA JIRA issues.
I doubt there will be a combined archive, but I could be wrong.
However, references to the new archives at
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-chukwa-*
could be added to the website you pointed out with an indication which
timeframes they cover, respectively.
