HBase output collector uses incorrect column family

The HBase {{OutputCollector}} does this to obtain the column family from the
data type:
{noformat}
cf = key.getReduceType().getBytes();
{noformat}
The column family should instead be taken by the {[email protected]}}
annotation on the processor.
