In TestChukwaWriters, made changes to the outputDirectory paths in testWriters
as "/testChukwaWriters_testWriters_" and in testSeqWriterFixedCloseInterval as
"/testChukwaWriters_testSeqWriterFixedCloseInterval_"
Attaching the patch version 3 with these changes.
