As a note ‘AbeBooks’ is a great search engine but they charge the book dealers
a hefty service charge per transaction and I’ve been told their charge has gone
up drastically over the years. As a consumer, I find it cost effective to
contact the individual book dealers for the price on the book; often they’ll
offer you a much better deal since they don’t half to pay
the ‘AbeBooks’ service charge. I once saved quite a bit on an order using this
method.
