If cost is really a concern, and you just want the content of the book -- which might be particularly apt, since Churchill said, "I have consistently urged friends not to read it," and we're all friends here -- you can read it at your computer thanks to Google Books. Or download the PDF from Google and read it on your iPhone or other device by shooting it to yourself in an email. Or print it. Some Google books cut out pages, long out-of-print books like this are usually complete.
