The Cohen bibliography contains ALL the information you require, and it is
worth tracking down a library with a copy if you can. The companion volumes
to the official Churchill biography have some of this information as well --
certainly more than you will get from Manchester -- but it is by no means
exhaustive.

word "lion" as "loin." It occurs to me that this would be an intriguing
