I hope this book will be well received and not attacked and vilified.  I always 
tell anyone asking my opinion of
Churchill's words on the question of radical Islam to read Chapter 3 of "The 
Story of the Malakand Field Force".  He lived it and knew of that which he 
wrote.  Talk about prescience, oh my.
