For Nevada, I think it's usually within a a couple of weeks of the
gate closure, which should be Monday (July, 6th) for snv_119.

Attached to the post (I hope). It shows two window-shots - the alphabetical start
of the listing with many empty lines, and end of listing with some buggy lines.
Maybe something breaks in mid-character of a Unicode conversion?

It would be useful to get a wireshark network capture of the data
(request and response) on the wire.
