We haven't seen this problem internally. Could you please provide us
with a network trace capturing the traffic between your DC and your
Solaris system?

CIFS troubleshooting document I found this message resulting from Windows Server 2008
domain controllers that needed a patch or an update, but all of our domain controllers
are running Windows 2003.
