Alan,

Yes, TESTDOMAIN\sichler owns the file from the Windows side, 2147483651 owns it
from the OpenSolaris File Server side and ROOT owns it from the OpenSolaris
Client side.

I don't have any UNIX users/groups on the OpenSolaris Server. I'm strictly
using it as a CIFS File Server. The ephemeral IDs don't bother me because I
set all the permissions from the Windows side.

The other strange thing is if I go through the GUI to Places, Connect to Server
and access the share that way, I can edit and save the file.

I've been working this way since Build 86 and this is the first time I've run
into the current problem where I could not edit the file yet I can delete the
file. There is something different with Build 119. Both of my Build 119s are
experiencing the same issues (identically).

Thanks for your assistance!
