Hi,

    I am planning to setup a File server it should be accessible from Windows &
Unix.

    I followed
http://blogs.sun.com/timthomas/entry/configuring_the_opensolaris_cifs_server
and setup my server as domain mode. I am able to add domain users and able to
access it via nfs.

    My problem is that, if i am providing a repository to my account department
with below ACLS.
chown mchithu:accounts repo
chmod
A=user:mchithu:rwxpdDa-R-c--s:fd-----:allow,group:accounts:rwxpdDa-R-c--s:fd-----:allow
 repo
and the ZFS repositories,
casesentivity=mixed, aclinherit=restricted & aclmode=groupmask

    Any member user creates a folder, he has full rights on the folder. He his
able add user and delete users and change the permission, since he is the owner
the folder.

    But in general scenario, users should use the repository but should modify
the permissions on any sub folder.

    I wondering how to achieve this. Is it possible in CIFS ZFS ACL.

    Thanks in Advance.
