I have not seen any of the bugs that I've searched for (hanging, the most common), but I will test the 118 revision on a VM before deciding to deploy it to our customer's machine. Back to the original question, she has specified to save the password and username. In an attempt to get around her problem, as the former has not worked, I have enabled persistent passwords on the server and had her authenticate. My only other alternative would be to attempt to join the windows domain.
