hello Afshin

problem 1
i have tried it again today, and i discovered, that a change of share-acls
willl work only after next login, not for current logged in users. they keep
the permission, they had at login time.

That is how it is intended to work and I know that it is different from
Windows. Changes to shares' ACL only affect new connections and not the existing ones. If a connection needs to see the new setting
it needs to be disconnected and connected again.

work around: restart smb?

problem 2
i was not able to remove user everybody from a share.
minimal possible setting is read. so it is not possible to restrict share
access to certain users.

This might be a bug or restriction in Nexenta interface, I can remove
everyone@ on Solaris using chmod. There is one thing you need to note.
ZFS ACLs must have at least one entry at all times so if you want to
get rid of everyone@, you need to first add another entry and then
remove everyone@
