The only thing that needs to be done is that RFC 4121 gets an update that documents that the right rotation happens by 'EC + RRC' instead of just 'RRC'. As windows seems to be the only implementation that uses EC != 0, the update should not cause problems to any other existing implementation. Thanks! metze
