Well, since Cakewalk is the name of a theme, I am not sure if it should be translated. It is another theme like all of the themes from Akirad project likeSUV, unflat, "pink lady", blonde-cv. The Cakewalk theme is the default and it was created by Olaf - a German. I do not know if it has any real meaning or what he meant by it. My best guess for the meaning is that "Cakewalk" is used to describe a task that is considered to be very easy -- like it's "a piece of cake" -- that is really easy.
