Honestly, I don't quite understand how the old plugin parameters worked,
let alone how to map them to the new plugin :-(

But I had 1/2h to spare, so I quickly made a patch that adds this new
plugin to the SVN, and you can find it here:
http://jcornet.free.fr/linux/download/cinelerra/chromakey-hsv-06022101.patch.gz
I couldn't figure out how to include binaries into the patch, so after
you apply it, just copy the picon.png file from
hvirtual/plugins/chromakey/ to hvirtual/plugins/chromakey-hsv/
By the way, if someone wants to make another icon (to differenciate it
from the original), please feel free !

For those who have tried the plugin, you'll have to change the plugin
name in your tracks.
I've included the min/max brightness settings so Graham will be happier,
and I didn't write up any doc yet, that'll wait until this weekend
unless someone very kind wants to do it on the wiki.
I've also re-arranged the settings in order of importance, and put
better labels on the settings.

Andraz, if you have some time to put it in the svn, that would give more
people a chance to test it (and since it's a new plugin, it shouldn't
break the rest :-)
