Hi everyone!
I've compiled Cinelerra from svn and it opens correctly.
I have all libraries installed (I think!!!)
Vorbis, Theora, etc. everything with a "yes" at configure time.
When I try to open an OGG file with cinelerra I get this:

the ogg file is 22 Mbytes
Looking at the message from Cinelerra, I suspected it was sound related.
So, I created the same file without sound with ffmpeg2theora and it
loaded OK.
Last but not the least, I can open and work with the same file in my
laptop (I was using my other normal computer). The only difference I can
think of is firewire (libraw1394) but I don't know how this could be
related.
Some other experiences:
1. I successfully opened a mpeg file and exported it to OGG (with sound
and video)
2. I have the same problem in an older laptop!
