Marcin,

Great work on the second video (loved the first one too).  A couple of questions:

1. How did you do the animation?  Terragen and Blender?

2. When I watched the clip the video & dialogue were a little out of sync.  Is that they case or is it just my system?

Great work.

Dear C2-group,

Thanks to your advices i was able for the first time to generate correct
intelaced material from linux/cinelerra!!!

What works for me is:

        1)YUV4MPEG stream ::  with yuvcorrect -v 0 -T INTERLACED_BOTTOM_FIRST | \
            mpeg2enc -v 0 -K tmpgenc -r 32 -4 1 -2 1 -D 10 -E 10 -g 15 -G
           15 -q 6 -b 9600 -f 8 -o $1
        2) ffmpeg -i /pass/to/inputfile -target pal-dvd  -ildct 1 -ilme 1 -y
             -top 0 -bf 2  -aspect 4:3 -pass 1|2 -passlogfile ffmpeg_pass
         your_movie.vob".
with newest ffmpeg from intelaced MOV/DV from C2.

I discovered easy way to check my output  = on DVD player on Pause
"good" track was
steady and "bad" flickering.

Two questions:

1)- I still do not know what is the reason behind and what is wrong with
MOV/DV files from C2 (they are also "bad" when i upload them to miniDV
camcoder using kino). I am really curious what is really wrong with
those files.
I checked  them as Heroine suggested with F2F effects and double framerate
but  saw no diff.

2)  what does "-top" option in ffmpeg ? ;-)

anyways - i am happy now - can still reproduce good mpeg from old MOV/DV!

Thanks!!!

Marcin

Ps. Next short paragliding-video is on:
