I get a bit slower playback with OpenGL then with xv.
1 track - no effects.
What could be the bottleneck?
Intel 805D 2x2.66GHz, 7300GT with 256MB, 1GB ram?
Funny thing is that fps with HDV is in fact irrelevant, since
at each cut cin makes 0.2-0.5s break (cannot read ahead entire
GOP od the new fragment).
Thus for direct editing of MPEGs in HDV cin2.,1 is unusable ;-)
Audio sync etc. are very difficult.
Proxy files solution seems to save the situation.
