 Maybe not too many are editing temporally compressed video,
like HDV.  At least not frequently.

 I will check mp4 video in both 2.0 and 2.1.  HD video (720p) from 
my Xacti is broken in Cinelerra 2.1.  1080i HDV seemed OK (on a Dual
Opteron, for what it is worth).
