I ask because I couldn't get a quicktime rendered in 16:9, it rendered
only in 4:3.  I checked the code and cinelerra never calls
quicktime_set_aspect().  I added the call to cinelerra and then found
that the internal quicktime lib doesn't implement the call :)
The external libquicktime lib does have lqt_set_pixel_aspect() and it
appears they implement it for at least some codecs....

Anyway I will take a look, maybe it could be set up like the "external
ffmpeg" configuration option...
