im sorry but i'm not sure about that. im not really the right person
to ask as i only package. i dont know the details of dependencies and
i didn't tried to compile against libmjpegtools from ubuntu oficial
repo.
i also would like to isolate dependencies one by one and see in which
cases we can use ubuntu packages directly so we avoid external tricky
repos.
andraz, andrea, can you give us some light here?
