Reply to myself... I think I have find the solution to my problem... It wasn't related to the version of Cinelerra at all.
When I rendered my Clip at Alpha 100, I got this: http://www.mladi.org/testMPEGpipe.mpg But when I set Alpha to 99, everything worked fine. It was the same for CV2.0 r827 as well as the last SVN. Another trouble is that the trouble doesn't happen for every clip. But with certain clip I can reproduce it ALWAYS. All the best!
