Hi Rafaella, I think I have tried this. You want to fit a region from the viewer exactly into place in the main window, but limits in the main window are ignored? You are trying to insert into the middle of a sequence in the main window, correct? Try: 1. Arm only tracks to change. 2. Clear destination region in main window (Edit > Paste Silence, I think). 3. Position cursor at insert point. "[" might be needed, too. 4. Select "[" in viewer to the begin point you want. 5. Select "]" in viewer so that the region is smaller than cleared region. 6. Overwrite from viewer to main. 7. Grab right edge of inserted material with mouse, either middle or right button (can't remember which), and drag to right to fill gap. Helps to have Settings > Align Cursor To Frames = enabled.
Hope this helps, Craig. Raffaella Traniello wrote: > Ciao! > > I'm editing on the timeline.
