Hi,
I have same problem but only on 1 PC :
o I installed a fresh Edgy (Xubuntu) on a PC and Cinelerra works fine
o I upgraded another PC from Dapper to Edgy and I also get "cinelerra:
symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libquicktimehv-1.6.0.so.1:> > > undefined
symbol: faacDecOpen"
Reinstall of packages did not help anything.
please do this steps in both machines:
- install apt-file package (apt-get install apt-file)
then
- apt-file update
- apt-file search /usr/lib/libquicktimehv-1.6.0.so.1
and paste output here.
