If dv1394 (and possibly others such as raw1394) is selected, it'd be good if
Cinelerra sent video also when not playing a clip. This would help quite much
color correcting, as at the moment I'm having a television hooked up to my
video camera, which then is connected with firewire to my comp.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Dv1394 selected as video output
2.Scrub around & play the video
3.
Actual Results:
Video shows up on my television only when playing.
Expected Results:
That the compositor video would show up on my television all the time: when
scrubbing, when playing, when just allowing the cursor to stand still on the
video track.
