If you have effects on a video clip, and you try to move the clip by dragging
it left or right, the clip will be moved, but the effects will stay in their
original locations, even though the "outline" shown during dragging encompasses
the effects.
Checking/unchecking "Settings->Edit effects" has no effect.
On a side note, effects can only be moved in increments of their own length
(another bug?), so it's not even possible to manually move effects.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add video clip to a video track.
2.Add effect to track.
3.Move clip by dragging with the Cursor tool.
Actual Results:
Effects don't move.
Expected Results:
Effects should be moved along with the clip that they're bound to.
