Often, the Cin UI becomes unresponsive when I do things like change project
parameters, add/move clips and tracks etc. I gather this is because quite often
these operations demand a lot of calculation.
But IMHO it would be good if Cin had a small 'throbber' widget at the top right
of the button bar, to indicate Cin is currently doing stuff.
