We've had a similar debate in one of the Linux audio channels, about
whether or not Linux soft synths should have "realistic" GUIs.  Now me,
I think it should be switchable - if I want a shiny groovy panel that
looks *just like* a TB-303, then I should be able to turn that on and
impress my Reason-using mates.  For actually getting work done, I might
want to turn it off, though.

First impressions *do* count.
