This doesn't seem to say what's wrong. There is no mpeg2enc.plugin
listed in /usr/lib/cinelerra
Then that's the problem. Search for mpeg2enc in /usr/bin/.
If it's there, make a symbolic link named mpeg2enc.plugin to it
in /usr/lib/cinelerra/ and try again.
