I hope the voting will use condorcet or some other weighted method.
«Normal» voting is so extremely flawed and can very often lead to
another result than we really would like. :-)

Well, not everyone share that wish. Look at projects like Blender,
Firefox and Linux; they are very successful and have great names.

I'm hoping for a *professional* video editor that shines *quality*.
So, as the marketing-guy said earlier; it's a smart move to give it a
good name that isn't restricted by a «need» to say what the software
does.

Many of the «restricted» names are (in my own opinion) boring;
MovieEdit or OpenCut isn't really all that sexy. :-)
