Well you completly wrong, there isn't any libx264 in official (normal?) repository because it suffer from h264 patent (despite he code itself is open source). So you need to sort out which repository it come from and remove thus repository for the enabled by default ones and livna. then yum list extras will show you most of the packages you will need to replace by official (fedoraproject.org) and livna . some will be false positives, others broke silently your system.
