FWIW - I have this issue, too. I know there is a long bug on the topic
which you can find if you search the email archives. It started in the
past four months or so. For me I have to kill and restart Cinelerra
until the project loads successfully (sometimes this takes 5 or 6
tries). This only happens on one of my systems (Fedora 8 x86_64). I
don't see this issue on my other system (Ubuntu 8.04 x86).
