No, memory is 50% used, swap 0%.
It happens with very small files too.
It happens only if I save a project when there is a clip loaded in the
Viewer windows, with in and out points.
That means something goes wrong with the <VWINDOW> section in the XML
project file.
I can reproduce the bug in a lot of other computers. But I didn't try in
not-Ubuntu computers.
