Can I know the configuration of your machine? I have a Sempron 3000+
1,8GHz 1,2 Gio of RAM.
I tested it on a AMD 64 Mobile (Pre-Turion64) with 2 Gigs of Ram... not
really faster than yours I think.
But I can test it on a BE-2400 Dualcore with 4 gigs tomorrow - but I
don't really think its only a performance-issue...
So my conclusion is : If your computer is slow like mine, You should
consider to work with proxy files

if you want to use Cinelerra. And if you really want to work with hd
format. Well, I don't know how it works but it seems to be the way to go.
