thanks a lot for the cv.cinelerra and the future lumiera.
i had used cinelerra in gutsy and i was very happy.
now i had to upgrade to hardy and i am trying to resolve my problems for
2 weeks.
the interface on cinelerra will freeze after a while working.
i have tried different solutions that i learned in this list like
deleting .bcast directory, alsa (stop playbacks locks up), installing
the two sources (akirad and vale), delete all the lines between
<VWINDOW_EDL> and </VWINDOW_EDL>, env LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK=true
Cinelerra or cleaning the viewer window.
the last possibility is downgrading from libx11-6 1.1.4-2 to 1.0.3-7 but
that library is used by other programs that i also use, like kino,
inkscape or gimp.
i have been looking on internet to be able to have both libraries
installed but i get confused very much.
can someone can give a tip to me on how i can get that, please? :)
