Guys,
I guess I'd better get more sleep.  I had 24-bit selected instead of 16-bit for
the twos complement.  Duh.  

I also decided to start fresh with Fedora 10.  Renders are working better, 
but there still seems to be some issues with Quicktime.  I'll need more time to 
investigate.
