I tried this command: mencoder original.avi -vf scale=360:240 -o edited.avi -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:mbd=1:vbitrate=4 It resulted in a 16 MB file, less than one-tenth of the original file's size. But that's still not small enough. To be able to post it on the Internet, I would want it to be a couple of megabytes, at the most. Is this even possible?
