Thats simple: the one which works for you!
The HV version is only packaged for RH and Ubuntu. If you use that you
can try it. Otherwise you need to compile from source which implies some
programming experience and to know how to fix things. HV offers no
support for it.
Cin4.1 has few more features by now than CinCV (these are not yet merged
back)
On the other side CinCV is packaged for much more distributions, you get
community support for it and it maintains a few own patches/inventions
too. When you compile it from source and need to fix something you can
push that to the git mob and the fixes will be merged.
