Thanks for that.

There is actually 2 config option in cinelerra
--enable-mmx (default is autodetect)
--enable-3dnow (default is disabled)

once I got my git clone etc ... I run the autogen  and configure.
However, I need to pass --disable--mmx to get it to compile (make)
without errors

all PCs here are AMDs.

Now what the --with-x stands for ?
I dont think anybody is using cinelerra without the X server running..
