Yea, many programmers just don't get the assembly code right :)
all PCs here are AMDs.
Then 3dnow should be there. But as I said, I really don't know
if cinelerra has 3dnow code. Just try it and see what happens.
Now what the --with-x stands for ?
I dont think anybody is using cinelerra without the X server running..
There is a standardized configure check for X11, which automatically
provides this option. However the only meaningful thing ./configure
can do without X11 is to exit with an error.
