I am just about ready to give up on my LML33 Zoran based card. The quality of video is good except it has a problem with field/frame alignment and the image correction measures that I have applied in the past are now failing. I have been using field swapping. But the corruption keeps changing within minutes and another effect has to be added. I have tried various driver parameters. The kernel is 2.6.26 but I still think the driver has bugs.
Anyway, I need to capture 720x480 NTSC using Linux of course. I am trying to archive some old hi-8 tapes so I want to get a good quality. Suggestions would be appreciated.
