funny coincidence -- today I did just that for Lumiera:
configuring an Apt repository; I choose a setup of middle complexity
level (not the simple version 'dump all in one directory' and not
the full-blown DB backed distribution-scale online repository).
Anyway. if what I've found out and set up might be of some help
for creating an Apt repository for Cinelerra, I'd be glad to
share more infos....
